By placing an order with Queen Baye, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Queen Baye may offer ebooks, downloadable materials, courses, private customer-library access, worksheets, educational resources, and other digital products.
2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
3. Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, Queen Baye products are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
4. Pricing and Payment

Payment must be successfully received before access to paid digital products is granted.

Purchasing a Queen Baye product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible Queen Baye purchases are covered by a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.
Guarantee period: 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To request consideration under the guarantee, contact info@queenbaye.com within the applicable 14-day period and identify the purchase for which you are requesting assistance.
Queen Baye reserves the right to review requests for evidence of misuse, abuse, fraud, repeated refund activity, unauthorized sharing, or other conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of the guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, and circumstances of the transaction.
Access to refunded products may be removed after a refund is issued.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact Queen Baye at info@queenbaye.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false payment disputes may result in termination of customer access and may be contested using available transaction and access records.
12. Educational and Informational Purpose
